1. As you go through the day, think about all the things with which God has blessed you. Keep a running list this weekend. Make a point of giving thanks on Sunday!
2. Make an effort this weekend to think about each of the petitions of the Lord’s Prayer.
3. Review the Apostles’ Creed as you find it in your hymnal. How many of the things for which we pray are a matter of faith, that is, things that we believe simply because God says so, not because we’ve seen or can fully understand them?
4. Review Luther’s Explanation of the 3rd Article and give thanks to God for your Baptism and the ways that He has strengthened your faith during your lifetime.
